“Big Things have Small Beginnings”

This is the first post of many to come. It was my goal to go live by January 2023 and start posting then, and I am excited to say that I am officially on track!

I put a few months of work planning, building, branding, and generating ideas for this website. There was also a lot of work locking down all the technical backend stuff like domains, sitemaps, etc.

Right now my website might feel plain as a potato, but I plan to be engaged regularly sharing work, writings, updates, and more; I promise it will evolve as new projects come online.

I am also reviving my Youtube channel which has a small following, you can check it out on Youtube here and don’t forget to click subscribe! ;-)

BACKGROUND

I am an aspiring Artist and Author with a deep love for all things creative. In high school I was already creating art work for local bands, indie gaming projects, and more. I’ve also been specifically working in the videogame industry for quite awhile and that has developed into my current role as a UIUX Designer.

Since I love all things creative though, I have bounced around doing production art, illustration, graphic design, and branding work for a range of clients and jobs including Machinezone, Blizzard, ESL Gaming, and more. I also try to stay engaged with playing guitar, being active, and traveling.

WHY START A BLOG?

This website is a place for me to share my personal work and thoughts unattached to any obligations. I love working on projects as a team but also needed a space to carve out my own creative work.
